Our stunning venue is tucked away at the top of 25 Martin Place–offering guests a sanctuary from the bustling city streets below.
We offer lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday evenings. Our menu is based around raw and cooked seafood, robata-grilled meats and seasonal vegetables, inspired by the flavours of Japan.
Executive Chef Shinya Nakano, Master Sushi
Chef Nakano trained in Kyoto with a fifth generation Sushi Master, before earning himself the same title. He now oversees the kitchens of Kazan restaurant in Sydney and Koto restaurant in Canberra, delivering menus that emphasises the seasonality, locality and beauty of our high-quality ingredients combined with refined Japanese cooking techniques.
